Herbal medicine appointments
Initial consultations
These last about 1 hour. This allows time to establish a detailed picture of overall health. Powerful plant medicines are then chosen for you according to your specific requirements. Personalised treatment advice may also be provided to help you achieve better health, including dietary and lifestyle suggestions.
Follow up appointments
These usually last 30 mins and give us a chance to review, adjust and respond to changes so that remedies continue to be well matched to your needs.
Full consultation fees are payable in advance at the time of booking (a link will be sent). Bank transfer is preferred (details are included in your payment request), but all major credit cards except American Express are accepted.
In-person herbal medicine consultations in London, Newbury, Hungerford
It is preferable to see new patients in person for at least the initial consultation as a physical examination may be necessary.

Online video herbal medicine consultations

Online consultations work well for most people. However, depending on your situation, following an online appointment, it may then be recommended to book a follow-up in-person meeting to facilitate diagnostic clinical skills. They last as long as the sessions outlined above.
Online video consultation information
- Online sessions are held by video through my booking system. You do not need a special app, just a good internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.
- Prepayment is required when booking online.
- If you are overseas, please check the appointment time in your own time zone.
- Please join on time from a quiet, private place where you will not be disturbed.
- Have a glass of water and pen and paper to hand.
- Please keep your phone or email accessible in case of connection difficulties.
Herbal medicine consultation fees
Online herbal consultations are the same price as in-person.
Home visits may incur an additional charge for travel, to be agreed in advance.
Adults:

Herbal medicine fees
Herbal medicines prescribed at consultation Varies + £10 p&p. Herbal medicines typically cost around £15 a week, but can vary.
Repeat prescription fee (without a consultation) £7.50 + £10 p&p (medicines separate)

Repeat prescriptions
Up to three repeat prescriptions can be provided between consultations. Following this, a follow-up consultation is required to review your progress, and to ensure that your prescription remains correct and safe for you. A charge applies to all repeat prescriptions dispensed in the absence of a consultation (see above).
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are available to purchase for friends and family in various denominations.
Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling
24 hours or more ahead of our appointment = free reschedule or refund minus £5;
If a cancellation is made 24 hours or more ahead of our appointment, I will be pleased to reschedule at no extra charge. Alternatively, if you cancel with 24 hours’ notice or more and would prefer not to reschedule, a £5 admin charge will be deducted, and the remainder of your consultation fee will be refunded.
Within 24 hours of your appointment = refund minus £15
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your consultation fee will be refunded minus a £15 late cancellation charge.
No-show = full fee
If you do not attend your appointment, and do not notify me in advance, the full fee will be charged.
Herbal medicines are prescribed and dispensed directly by me. As they are tailored to you and freshly prepared for you, they are non-returnable. Gift cards are non-returnable.
