What your initial consultation includes

An initial consultation lasts about an hour. This time is used to build a detailed picture of your health and establish your priorities. Following the consultation you will be offered herbal medicines specifically for you (not included in the offer price) and I may suggest achievable dietary and lifestyle changes.

Follow-ups

These usually take place after a month and last around 30 minutes. We discuss your progress and I adjust your treatment as required.

^*How the offer works

• The November offer is for new clients only.
• This offer is limited to the first 10 new clients across all three options.
• Book and pay by 30 November 2026.
• Your initial appointment must take place by 6 December 2026.
• Payment is taken in full when you book.
• Follow-ups in the packages must be used within 4 months of your initial appointment.
• Herbal medicines are not included and are charged separately (you will be told the cost after your appointment).

Cancellations and refunds

• The usual terms apply to every appointment, including those in a package. Cancel 24 hours or more ahead and I’ll reschedule free of charge, or refund minus £5. Cancel within 24 hours and the refund is minus £15. A no-show is charged in full.
• Package refunds are not available once your initial appointment has taken place.
