Medical herbalism
I have a diploma (BSc equivalent) in medical herbalism from Betonica School of Herbal Medicine. This involved training over four years in plant medicine, plant chemistry, herb-drug interactions, clinical diagnostic skills, anatomy & physiology and pathology and included over 500 hours of clinic training experience. I am qualified to prescribe herbal remedies which can be taken on their own, or safely alongside other medication and treatments.
Western herbal medicine (WHM), also referred to as traditional Western herbalism, botanical medicine, medical herbalism, and phytotherapy, originates from European Greco-Roman traditions linked to physicians such as Dioscorides, Hippocrates (of the Hippocratic oath fame) and Galen.
WHM, a bit like the food scene in the UK, is a mix of the best from across the world. It incorporates British indigenous practices and has strong influences from North America, with a significant exchange of ideas occurring during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. North American movements of that time, like the Eclectics, incorporated herbal lore of Indigenous Peoples of North America, leading to cross-cultural adoption of remedies such as Echinacea in the UK. Additionally, globalisation and influences of other herbal medicine traditions such as Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), has led to the integration of plants from worldwide sources, such as Panax ginseng (ginseng), into Western usage.

Healing
What is healing?
Healing happens when I attune to spirit and, upon requesting a client receives that which they need, become a channel for the spiritual beings working with me to do their work.
The healing experience is different for everyone. Sometimes healing is directly helpful in one treatment, however, more usually beneficial results are gradual.
Often, though, hands-on healing is usually a pleasant experience, often very relaxing and clients may feel heat in areas of their body, or sense or see light and feel tingling.
While some changes can occur immediately or fairly soon after healing, it takes a full two months for all the changes to be processed in each person.
Have an open mind and try not to be over anxious for early results!
Clearance of people, energy and spaces
The work we can do includes the healing and clearance of people, curses and family or ancestral blockages (karmic) and energy and spaces, such as land and buildings.
Blockages in people can be caused by problems with chakras or by thought forms, cords or ties. Spiritual blockages can be caused by out-of-place spiritual beings including nature spirits, elemental beings, earthbound souls and malefic forces or forms and karmic (family or ancestral) blockages.
Physical spaces can also be affected by out-of place spiritual beings and curses. These may be cleared, creating calmer, more pleasant living environments and removing blockages that, for example, impede a sale.

Where we work
Healing can be hands-on, distant (hands-off) or absent (you are not physically present).
In-person hands-on healing sessions in Basingstoke can be arranged. I am based just off the Worting Road near the town centre. Initial sessions take 45-60 minutes, while follow-ups typically 30 minutes.
Absent healing is just as effective as hands-on and takes place when you are not physically present and can be arranged via appointment.
Clearances can be arranged to take place in-person or absently.
About me
I have been learning about the spiritual realms for most of my adult life and have experience and a keen interest in multiple aspects of healing, self-progression, plant (or herbal) medicine, diet and nutrition.
Along with my team of spiritual beings, I practice healing and clearance of energy and spaces (land and buildings), people, curses and hereditary patterns.
I trained for many years with Stevie Peer, now no longer in physical form, and continue to regularly attend advanced training days with renowned healer, spirit release practitioner, astrologer, spiritual teacher and researcher Charlie Kennedy and her spiritual team.
I am a founding member of the Spiritual Energy Association (see below for course details), which is accredited by the British Alliance of Healing Associations.
