A fuller support package, with regular reviews as your plan develops. Includes:

• One initial consultation (about 1 hour), online or in person
• Three 30-minute follow-ups to review your progress and adjust your herbal prescription

Package terms

• Payment is taken in full when you book.
• Follow-ups must be used within 4 months of your initial appointment.
• Refunds are not available once your initial appointment has taken place.
• The usual cancellation terms apply to every appointment: cancel 24 hours or more ahead and I’ll reschedule free of charge, or refund minus £5; cancel within 24 hours and the refund is minus £15; a no-show is charged in full.
• Herbal medicines are not included and are charged separately.
