Online video herbal medicine consultations

My experience with online video sessions has been positive, however it may be necessary to book a follow-up in-person meeting to facilitate diagnostic clinical skills.

For online video consultations:

• I hold online sessions using a video service via the calendar booking. This does not require an app download.
• International patients: synchronising timezones is your responsibility.
• When the time comes make sure you are ready online, will not be disturbed and are comfortable.
• It is a good idea to have a glass of water and pen and paper to hand.
• Please have your phone/ email accessible in case of connection difficulties and as a backup.
