New resources page
I have just published a new resources page (always available at the bottom of any page), pulling together the links, tools and reference sites I often mention to clients.
It is a fairly broad collection. There are calculators for things like the accumulative burden of anticholinergic drugs (!), prostate symptoms and vitamin D levels; reputable diet and nutrition guides (including the Mediterranean and FODMAP diets), and links to the professional bodies that regulate herbal medicine in the UK, such as the National Institute of Medical Herbalists and the College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy.
You will also find some UK suppliers for herbs, flower essences and homeopathic remedies, testing services for anyone wanting to explore things like food sensitivities or mineral deficiencies.
Supplements discount
I offer clients a discount on products purchased from the Natural Dispensary which sells a huge range of reputably formulated supplements.

Ask about a Natural Dispensary discount at your next consultation!
View the resources here (the link is also available on the bottom of any page).
