Online herbal consultations are the same price as in-person.
Home visits may incur an additional charge for travel, to be agreed in advance.

Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling
If a cancellation is made 24 hours or more ahead of our appointment, I will be pleased to reschedule at no extra charge. Alternatively, if you cancel with 24 hours notice or more and would prefer not to rechedule, a £5 admin charge will be deducted, and the remainder of your consultation fee will be refunded.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your consultation fee will be refunded minus a £15 late cancellation charge.
If you do not attend your appointment, and do not notify me in advance, the full fee will be charged.
Herbal medicines are prescribed and dispensed directly by me. As they are tailored to you and freshly prepared for you, they are non-returnable.
Up to three repeat prescriptions can be provided between consultations. Following this, a follow-up consultation is required to review your progress, and to ensure that your prescription remains correct and safe for you. A charge applies to all repeat prescriptions dispensed in the absence of a consultation (see Fees).
Payment for medicines must be made on collection or in advance of postage.
Postage fees are charged at a fixed rates, depending on the weight of your package. Delivery is available within the UK only.
